*We are not home inspectors and do not perform home inspections. Per 266 CMR Rules and Regulations Governing Home Inspectors a home inspector is a person licensed pursuant to M.G.L. c. 112, ยง 222 to perform a home inspection (of a residential building) conforming, at a minimum, with the standards of practice promulgated by the Board of Registration of Home Inspectors. Per 266 CMR a residential building is a structure consisting of one to four dwelling units. Aureus Commercial Building Inspection LLC primarily focuses on residential buildings of five or more units unless it is a mixed-use property, and will gladly refer you to one of our trusted partners who perform home inspections should you be interested in a home inspection.
