We develop a unique proposal for each property and do not issue flat fee proposals. The fee for our property condition assessment depends on several factors. The most significant of these is the level of service requested. Our standard assessments are performed per ASTM E2018-15, but we can also perform an assessment focusing on only one building system. These include, for example, roof assessments, enclosure assessments, or interior assessments.

Additional factors include:

  • Building size
  • Building usage
  • Building age
  • Number of retail, residential or commercial units or tenants
  • Building geometry and unique features
  • Elevators, escalators, parking garages
  • Request to include specialist consultants on the team

We provide a written proposal detailing the scope and final fee for your review and acceptance before scheduling the inspection. We do not add additional services and fees or upsell additional services.

  • Apartment Building: $1,350.00 – $3,130.00
  • Single Story Office Building: $1,250.00 – $3,430.00
  • Industrial Building: $1,750.00 – $3,500.00
  • Three Story Office Building: $2,100.00 – $4,580.00

*Specialist consultants, life safety inspections, code violations research, elevator consultants, and environmental site assessment can be provided in addition to our standard inspection services.
